pm), and in duplex mode is 90 images per minute (ipm) . Each has a maximum resolution of 600 dpi to capture the fine details of graphics and photos, while sophisticated dithering and diffusion algorithms deliver superior halftone rendering.

Automation Improves Productivity
Automatic document feeders with 100-sheet capacity allow continuous unattended scanning.
Convenient Operation

Because ease of use is just as important as quality results, the Fujitsu M4097D scanner is incredibility convenient to operate. For the ultimate in flexibility, the duplex document feeder supports paper sizes as small as 2.1" X 2.9" and as large as 11' X 17". The scanner supports paper that ranges in thickness from onion skin to card stock. To improve productivity, the dual CCDs scan both sides at once while the automatic page-end deduction saves file space. The infrared document double feed detection reduces downtime by preventing document double feeds.
Dynamic Thresholding
By automatically adjusting contrast levels, Dynamic Thresholding increases the accuracy of low-contrast documents that contain hand-written or typed characters with varying line thickness.
