View and Retrieve PDF Documents Across Your Network with
Adobe Freeware To further establish the simplicity, flexibility
and affordability of our document imaging systems, we chose Adobe
Acrobat Reader, the most common PDF viewer available, for
viewing PDF documents created from our system.
Acrobat Reader is freeware and is available for most
common computing platforms. There are versions available
for both Macintosh and Windows, and versions optimized for
Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, and Windows NT.
When you perform a document search
(see Searching for Documents
Screenshots), the document will appear on your
monitor within the Acrobat Reader software as illustrated
below:

Search & Retrieve Your PDF Documents Across Your
Network
Our software includes a search plug-in that enables every
user on your network to search and retrieve indexed PDF
documents right from their desktop PC.
Printing Your PDF Documents
Every network user can print the whole document, specific
pages of a document, or just a selected area of a page.
Freeware Reduces Costs to Your Organization
By utilizing Adobe Acrobat Reader, anyone can retrieve,
view and print a PDF document from our imaging system for
no additional charge. Furthermore, universal access to
Acrobat Reader will allow individuals outside of your
organization to view and print your electronic documents. |
