Cranel Help Desk
Cranel's 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Help Desk provides
frontline technical support and is responsible for
coordinating the full resources of Cranel service. With
several thousand calls a month, 64% of all customer calls
are immediately resolved over the Help Desk phone, without
sending a technician onsite.

Depot Repair Service
Cranel has become the largest and most technically
proficient depot repair facility in the industry, for both
in-warranty and out-of-warranty products. As the
industry's leading authorized repair center, their depot
services include scanner and automatic document feeder
repair, and refurbishment for Fujitsu scanners.
Depot repair offers excellent quality at a low cost, but
is recommended only for equipment in non-critical
environments or in situations where a backup unit is
available.
Advance Exchange Program
Once a Document Imaging System is covered by an Advance
Exchange contract, if an equipment problem can't be solved
quickly, Cranel will overnight the replacement equipment
to you at no charge. Simply return the malfunctioning unit
to Cranel Service within five business days.
The Advance Exchange program is an economical alternative
to onsite service, and just one more way we go about
providing the best-in-class service.

In the event of a breakdown, Cranel's local field service
technicians are ready to help.
Next Day Onsite
One call to Cranel's service division and local field
service technicians will come onsite the next business day
(from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays) ready to tackle whatever technical
issues that exist.
Same Day Onsite
We know how important some equipment is to the overall
success of your business. That is why Cranel offers same
day onsite service, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays.
7 X 24 Onsite Service
7x24 service is recommended for equipment in
mission-critical applications, particularly when the
equipment is operating 24 hours a day or on weekends.
Scanner Consumable Kits
Scanner Consumable Kits are designed to improve scanner
maintenance by combining operator-replaceable consumables
and cleaning supplies in a convenient, easy-to-order kit.
They minimize downtime, they improve image quality, and
they reduce service costs by allowing scanner operators to
perform routine scanner maintenance.
Each kit is designed around a specific scanner model and
includes only those components that are easily operator
replaceable. A manual containing complete instructions is
also included. Kits are also supported by a toll-free
number that connects the user with a certified service
technician in the event problems are encountered during
any procedure. |
